You are invited to attend the seventh annual Summer Battle at Wilkerson Pass, 45
mi. west of Colorado Springs, Colorado. From I-25 take Exit 142 (US 24) west
(towards the mountains) 45 miles. Entry to the Battle site is on your left, ¼ mi past
mile marker 258, at the FJR1 Divisional sign - white parachute on black
background.

OST FRONT SCHLACHT
This year we will be fighting in the ??? Forest. The Battle site terrain is nearly
level and covered with pine and a few rocks. Vehicle are of minimal use here, but
bring them - Jeep, Kubel & motorcycle combi's only - if you want.
No food, water, etc. is available on site or nearby. So bring everything you think
you'll need for the weekend. Plan on camping as the weather is always good.
The closest motel and restaurants are 8 miles east. Weather this time of year is
usually from 70° F 80° F with sunshine! Nights are normally it is 55°+/-. Open
campfires will be permitted in fire pits - NO bonfires! Come prepared!
Registration WILL NOT be set up till 0800 Saturday! Safety and authenticity
inspections will be held promptly at 1000 Saturday and 0930 Sunday. We will
quit at 1800 Saturday and 1430 Sunday. Haircut rules will be strictly enforced -
Max acceptable is ¼" on sides & back. ALL 16 & 17 year olds MUST present a
hunter safety card!!!!
ALL Regimental Safety & Authenticity rules will be enforced!
Membership cards from all recognized World War II reenactment groups will
be accepted. A
current card Must be presented at registration OR, you Must
Join The Regiment ($24) to participate!
NO Exceptions!!! NO Battle fee

SUMMER BATTLE
You are invited to attend our sixteenth annual Russian Front Battle, at Wilkerson
Pass, 45 mi. west of Colorado Springs, Colorado. From I-25 take Exit 142 (US 24)
west (towards the mountains) 45 miles. Entry to the Battle site is on your left, ¼ mi
past mile marker 258, at the FJR1 Divisional sign – white parachute on black
background. Partisans, properly clothed and armed, are welcome.
This year we will be fighting in the ??? Forest. The Battle site terrain is nearly level
and covered with pine and a few rocks & gullies. No food, water, etc. is available on
site or nearby, so bring everything you think you’ll need for the weekend. Plan on
camping as the weather is usually pretty good, altho we normally expect to have
snow für diese Schlacht. The closest motel and restaurant is 8 miles east. Weather
this time of year can vary from 20° F with snow to 50° F with sunshine! Normally it
is 35°+/-. Open campfires will be permitted in fire pits – NO bonfires! Come
prepared!
This is Not a vehicle friendly area so leave them at home.
